Foreign citizens must contact the Division for International Cooperation and Internationalization during one working day upon arrival to Saratov State University in order to get migration registration and to be accommodated in a student dormitory. The address of the Division for International Cooperation and Internationalization is: Zheleznodorozhnaya Str, 72/74 (the corner of Vavilova Str.).
 
Required documents:
 
Copies of all passport pages, including blank;
Migration card with a stamped date of crossing the border;
Contract on educational services (for students who study on a commercial basis), a reference letter from the Faculty/Institute (for students who study on a budget basis).
 
For citizens who rent private accomodation:
Application of the property's owner (sample is provided in the Division for International Cooperation and Internationalization, room 111);
Ownership certificate;
Copy of the owner's passport (the page with personal data and registration).
 
For applicants who have the Russian visa, the initial migration registration is carried out for the period of its validity, for applicants from the CIS – for a period of not more than 90 days.
