Governor Roman Busargin met with Rector of Saratov State University Aleksei Chumachenko.

They discussed the university development programme entitled Priority 2030, scientific and educational prospects of the university. In addition, the rector spoke about the Week of Pedagogical Education research-to-education festival, which would be held in March and would be timed to the Year of Teachers and Mentors in the country. As part of that event, we will a plenary session, discussion, an intensive course for prospective teachers, a workshop for young teachers, a pedagogical olympiad, a camp counsellors’ gathering, and the Step into the Profession pedagogical skill contest. Also, they discussed the university projects carried out for the prosperity of the region.

The governor thanked the rector for fruitful work and successful cooperation with the regional government.
