The Governor of Saratov Region Roman Basargin has sent a congratulatory address to Saratov State University on Defender of the Fatherland Day.

We honour the memory of the heroes who defended the independence of the Fatherland. We have deep respect for the brave and courageous people who are defending the sovereignty of the country, ensure peace and security of citizens today.’
