Dear colleagues, students, and partners of Saratov University!

I congratulate you on one of the most significant holidays of our state – Constitution Day of the Russian Federation!

The Basic Law of the country adopted in 1993 was and remains the document defining the strategic course of development of our state. The Constitution is the basis of stability, contributes to the consolidation of society, the strengthening of interethnic peace and harmony, and the preservation of cultural traditions.

We all want to see our country as a strong and free power, and our region as a prosperous and comfortable place to live. The policy of the federal authorities and the regional government is aimed at this. Saratov University also makes its feasible contribution to the socio-economic development of the region. Personnel are being trained for industrial sectors, municipal executive and legislative authorities, medicine, education and other fields of activity. The scientific work of the university is aimed at solving the tasks set by the state, at the development and improvement of technologies.

Only when everyone in their place is doing everything in their power with full dedication is it possible to move forward.
