23,000 People Applied to SSU

The admissions are in their height at Saratov University. Now, almost 23,000 people have applied to the university. Of these, more than 20,000 have applied for full-time, 400 – for part-time, and 2,200 – for off-site courses. 8,500 people have applied via the Admission to University Online superservice. Last year, 1,000 more applicants used the platform services. The average university application rate was 13 people per place.

The admissions to the undergraduate and specialty courses have already been completed. There were orders for enrollment, according to the general competition and a special quota. The lists of those enrolled can be found in the incoming ratings by the link.

According to the results of the Unified State Exams, more than 90% of people have been accepted for state-funded full-time and part-time courses.

2,079 applicants have submitted their documents for state-funded master’s degree courses. Of these, there have been 1,424 – for full-time, 602 – for part-time, and 53 – for off-site courses. 127 people have applied for postgraduate courses providing the competition rate for 2 people per place.

1,006 people have applied for the courses offered by the College of Radioelectronics and 1,062 people have applied to Geology College. The average competition rate in both of them is 5 people per place.

For those who have chosen the off-site courses, the admissions have nor finished. You can find the information about the deadlines for submitting documents for off-site courses in a special section of the website in the Applicant Calendar.

 

If the applicants would like to take state-funded off-site courses the enrollment to which is based on the results of the Unified State Exams, you must submit documents until August 16. The applicant competition lists will be published on August 18.

From August 19 to August 23, there will take place the stage of priority enrollment of persons entering without entrance tests for places within quotas. From August 24 to August 26, the stage of enrollment of persons entering the main state-funded places will take place, including the places remaining after enrollment of the applicants without entrance tests and those entering places within quotas.

For the tuition fee off-site courses, enrollment to which is based on the results of entrance tests conducted by the university independently, the documents from applicants are accepted until August 25. The acceptance of documents from those who enter tuition places only based on the results of the Unified State Exams will end on August 27. On August 31, the admission campaign to tuition fee training will be completed.

The applicants for state-funded on-site, part-time, and off-site master's degree courses must submit documents by August 10, for tuition fee places – by August 25.

The documents for admission must be submitted to the admission offices of the faculties and the institute via the Admission to University Online superservice (UPPS – Public Services) or by post. The working hours of the offices are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays, on Saturday – from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The application forms are presented on the official website of the SSU in the Admissions section.
