Dear colleagues, dear students!

I congratulate you on May Day!

This is one of our favourite holidays. Nature comes to life, apple and cherry trees bloom, lawns and flower beds delight us with their beauty. There are several days of rest ahead, when we can be with our relatives, sit at the desk, think about solving a difficult problem. In May days, we like to go to the dacha or to the forest, breathe in the warm spring air, raise our heads, and see the beautiful clear blue sky.

But today our holiday will not be as serene as usual. Our army continues to conduct a military special operation because not all the tasks set by the President of the country have been solved yet. Saratov University not only supports the special operation but also tries to support the residents of Luhansk and Donetsk. This is the collection and sending of humanitarian aid to those who need it most. The Council of Undergraduates and Postgraduates of the university, students, teaching and other staff – all participate to the best of their ability in this noble calling. As part of cooperation agreements with the universities of the PRD and PRL, our colleagues are consulting on how to prepare curriculums for accreditation, they have also begun working on joint educational projects.

Therefore, wishing each other a peaceful sky overhead, fruitful work, happiness and health, we do not forget about those who especially need our help today. Dear friends! Let each of you have an interesting and necessary deed that brings joy and satisfaction. And your work will always be in demand and appreciated. Happiness, health, cheerfulness, and love of life!
