Dear ladies!

We all love and wait for the holiday celebrated on one of the first days of March. International Women's Day symbolizes the beginning of spring, the awakening of nature, and the first warmth.

Life in these spring days is writing a new history from scratch. As you know, all great stories have great female roles. After all, you, women, are endowed with the best personal and professional qualities, you combine responsibility and perseverance, initiative and diligence, creativity and dedication, you perform dozens of roles and do not get lost in them.

Your professional horizons are endless today: you are talented pedagogues, leading lights in science, and enterprising managers. You can do the most diverse work: head research teams, lead projects, mentor and advise your students. Natural sensitivity allows you to discern talent, diplomacy gives you the opportunity to lead and be in dialogue with colleagues and students, passion helps you be creative in any activity.

It is impossible not to note the achievements of our female undergraduates and postgraduates in science, sports, creativity, and volunteering. Their names are the pride of our university and the entire region.
