The section includes several columns: the Advice, the About SSU, the Campus, the Studies, the Science, the Student life, the Library, the Social Support, the SSU Internet, and the SSU Student in the City ones. The information presented there helps freshmen navigate inside and outside the campus, understand new terms, and find answers to many questions.

The section contains a wide variety of information – from the general information about the university to the tips how to connect to Wi-Fi in buildings, the campus maps, and the discounts on travel passes in the city. Some materials are devoted to the studies in SSU, the exams, the scholarships, the schedule, the student organisations, and the peculiarities of the Regional Scientific Library. Reading them the freshmen will learn about such new concepts as a tutor, a trade union organiser, a student card, a record book, and others. Also they will find out how university class differ from school lessons, whether there are period bells at university, and they will learn their schedule.
