Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valerii Falkov has congratulated university students and professors on Knowledge Day. In a celebratory video message the minister especially noted the merits of the organisers of online learning and the online admission campaign.

“I would like to congratulate the huge team of millions of Russian students, especially freshmen, on September 1. On this day, I must note the work of those who have managed to organise the admission campaign in the best way. The congratulation is also addressed to pedagogues, veterans, academicians, professors, and associate professors – to all the people who are engaged in education, who work with students and share the knowledge and experience with them. Hopefully, in the new academic year numerous hardships will finally end for us,” it was said in the video message.
