Applicants who require visa should send to ied@sgu.ru the following documents in order to obtain the SSU invitation:
1. Completed application form;
2. Scan of a national passport (pages with a photo and personal details);
3. Scan of an education certificate with its transcript.
It takes 30 days to prepare the invitation, which will be sent to the email stated in the application form. You need to print out the invitation and to apply to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country in order to get visa.
Step 3. To submit documents
Application period lasts from June 20 to August 20, 2018.
Entry exams are held from September 1 till September 15, 2018 according to the shedulde.
List of the documents required for provision to the Division for International Cooperation and Internationalization:
– the original and the copy of a passport and its notarized translation into Russian (the page with personal data);
– the original and the copy of the higher education document / the original and the copy of the legalized (if necessary) education document and its transcript, recognized in the Russian Federation: if it is necessary with the certificate on recognition in the territory of the Russian Federation of the issued in a foreign state education document which proves the level of education and (or) qualification of its holder;
– notarized translation into Russian of the education document and its transcript;
– documents confirming individual achievements (copies of certificates which proves that the candidate is a winner of national and international contests, academic and grant competitions; an author of discoveries and inventions; an owner of patents) - optionally;
– 6 photos 3x4 сm (photos must be taken in the current calendar year);
– the copy of the Russian entry visa;
– the copy of the migration card.
Note: personal details (name and surname) must be stated in notarized translations according to the entry visa.
